Salary Increase Advice and Faculty Histograms now available in Workday

I am pleased to announce that your Salary Increase Advice and Faculty Salary Increase Histograms, effective May 1, 2025, are now available in Workday.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank you for your work and commitment to Waterloo. Your skill and dedication play an important role in the education of our students and in reflecting our reputation for excellence. Thank you for contributing to Waterloo’s success as a world-class University. 

You can view your Salary Increase Advice by logging into Workday and completing the following steps:

  • Navigate to your profile icon/profile photo (top-right corner)
  • Select View Profile
  • Click Personal under your Worker Profile (blue menu on the left)
  • Click on the Documents subtab
  • Scroll to the bottom for the most recent document. Note. Your most recent document may be on a new page

Salary increases have been determined in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement and the Memorandum of Salary Settlement of April 12, 2024.

Faculty histograms show the final overall ratings and unweighted ratings in each of the components (teaching, scholarship, and service), by rank in each Faculty, as per the Memorandum of Agreement (Article 13.5.11).
