HLTH Expansion Building (EXP)

Entrances

Two accessible entrances are:

  • Located by the North side of Health Expansion Building (HLTH EXP), facing Columbia St.
  • Located by the Southwest side of Health Expansion Building (HLTH EXP), facing Parking Lot M.

First floor

  • Accessible doors are located by the North side, facing Columbia St., and by the Southwest side, facing Parking Lot M.
  • Washrooms with an accessible stall is located on the West side of the 1st floor.
  • A water fountain is available South of the women's washroom.
  • An elevator is available on this floor.
  • Open study space is available on this floor.
  • Starbucks is available on this floor.
  • Corridor to B.C. Matthews Hall (BMH) is located on the Southeast side.
  • A ramp is available from the Starbucks to the main foyer.

Second floor

  • Washrooms with an accessible stall is located on the West side of the 2nd floor.
  • A water fountain is available South of the women's washroom.
  • An elevator is available on this floor.
  • Open study space is on this floor.
  • Corridor to B.C. Matthews Hall (BMH) is located on the Southeast side.

Third floor

  • Washrooms* are located on the West side of the third floor.
  • A water fountain is available South of the women's washroom.
  • An elevator is available on this floor.
  • Open study space is available on this floor.

*Washrooms in the Health Expansion Building (HLTH EXP) Research Labs are equipped with accessible showers. Health Expansion Building (HLTH EXP) Research Labs are locked after 4:30 p.m.

If you have a class in the Research Lab after 4:30 p.m., please make arrangements with your professor to access the building or contact AccessAbility Services to obtain further information about obtaining a key.

Fourth floor

  • Washrooms with an accessible stall is located on the West side.
  • An elevator is available on this floor.

Comments

  • An animal relief area is available by North entrance of Health Expansion Building (HLTH EXP), facing Columbia St.
  • Health Expansion Building (HLTH EXP) is connected to B.C. Matthews Hall (BMH) and Lyle S. Hallman Institute (LHI).
  • Visitor parking is available in Lot M and N.
