Engineering 2 (E2)

Entrances
  • Double doors facing engineering lecture hall is ramped (Student Access Van drop-off location).
  • Internal connection to Carl Pollock Hall (CPH) is available on floors one, two, and three and to Engineering 3 on floor two.
  • Internal connection on lower level to J.R. Coutts Engineering Lecture Hall (see note in comments regarding elevator access).
  • Door facing Engineering 1 has a small ramp.

Basement

The basement is not available.

First floor
  • Washrooms with an accessible stall are on the South side. There is not an automatic door opener on the washrooms.
  • Elevators are located on the West side.
  • Corridor to Carl Pollock Hall (CPH) is located on the Northeast side.
  • A payphone is available.

Second floor
  • Washrooms are located on the Southeast side. There is not an automatic door opener on the washrooms.
  • An elevator is located on the West side.
  • Corridor to Engineering 3 is located on the Northwest side.
  • Corridor to Carl Pollock Hall (CPH) is on the East side.
  • Corridor to Douglas Wright Engineering (DWE) is on the South side.
  • Vending machines are located by room 2352A by the ramp to Engineering 3 (E3).

Third floor
  • Washrooms with an accessible stall are located on the Northeast and South sides. There is not an automatic door opener on the washrooms.
  • Elevator is located on the Northwest side.
  • Corridor to Physics is located on the West side.
  • Corridor to Carl Pollock Hall (CPH) is located on the North side.
  • Corridor to Douglas Wright Engineering (DWE) is located on the South side.

Fourth floor
  • There are no washrooms available.
  • There are no elevators available.

Comments
  • Access to engineering lecture hall via small lift (elevator two) is on the main floor at the west end of the building. A key can be signed out on a per-term basis from the office of AccessAbility Services Accommodations.
  • Engineering undergraduate office is located in Room 1772.
  • A payphone is available on the first floor.
  • Accessible parking for persons with disabilities is available in most lots. For details, contact Parking Services.
