Purpose
This training module is designed to equip emergency wardens with the information needed to respond to a variety of incidents and emergencies, providing vital support to the University of Waterloo community and the University’s Emergency Response Plan. It also aims to enhance preparedness and ensure effective support during emergencies across campus.
Who should take this course?
All University of Waterloo emergency wardens.
Fire warden note (June 2025):
Please note that individuals who previously held the role of fire warden will now be recognized as emergency wardens upon completion of Emergency Warden Training (SO1103).
